Orders & Delivery

If I place an order, how soon will I get it?

We will contact you once we have received your order and orders will be delivered within 2 working days.

But sometimes you guys deliver on the same day as well, so can I get my order on the same day?

Same-day deliveries are possible but not guaranteed. Same-day deliveries usually happen if we are sober, or if we are around the vicinity of the customer.

How does delivery timing work?

We will contact you upon receiving your order and arrange a 3 hours window to have your order delivered to you.

What if there is nobody there to receive the order? Can you leave it outside instead or with the guards?

If there is nobody home during the agreed delivery time, there will be an additional $15 imposed for the redelivery fees. If you would like a refund, we would deduct $30 from the refund amount.

We do not leave your order at any common areas. We can leave the order with the guards but we will not be responsible for any damages that may incur to your items.

Can you add messages to my order?

Customers have the option to purchase greeting cards and we are more than happy to write a message to the recipient. But do take note that our handwriting is not the best.

Can we come to your store?

As much as would love to hang out with you guys, we are only operating on an online basis for now.

Beers

How are your beers imported and how are they stored?

Our beers are brought into Singapore via airfreight and we follow strict instructions from our partner breweries with regards to the importation process. Once in Singapore, our beers are stored at a cold store facility.

Are your beers delivered chilled?

Yes.

I see some sediments in my beer, has this beer gone bad?

Our beers are all unfiltered and thus they will contain sediments/pulp/remnants and this is perfectly normal.

Wines

Do your wines contain sulfites?

Yes they do and they are within the EU regulations.

Are your wines delivered chilled?

No. Our wines are not delivered chilled.

Exchange and refund policy

Are refunds/exchanges allowed?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges of products that have been sold. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery for any physical damage.  

Are refunds/exchanges allowed if the label of a product has faded or has physical marks?

No. The labels can be damaged in shipping and/or during times of printing and doesn’t affect the quality of the product.

The best before date(BBD) is less than a week away. Can you refund or do an exchange?

No. Drink it now!
