Beer FAQs
The best before date of the beers depends on each beer. Some breweries like to keep a short
best before date and some others give a longer best before date.
If you let us know before we deliver, we will exchange it for you
Well drink it fast! We would ensure that there is a minimum of 3 days best before date upon
delivery.
Delivery FAQs
We will get in touch with you within 24 hours after you have placed your order and deliver it
within 72 hours. These are the longer expected times- usually we get in touch with you within a
couple of hours and if we have time, we deliver it same day too. If you want an exact delivery
date and time, then please get in touch with us before you order.
No. The moment a product is delivered, we will NOT issue any refunds or exchanges. It is your
responsibility to check the products and ensure that there is no physical damage.
Yes! Our beers are all stored in temperature controlled environment, and beer is meant to be
stored in a fridge.
Yes, someone must be in to receive the order. We will NOT leave the order unattended or with
the security guards. If you are not home during the agreed time, a reorder fee applies of $30
which will be payable before we attempt your order again.
No, scratches/color fade/torn labels on cans/bottles are pretty normal and can be the result of
shipping and/or poor print material.
