9.5% Doppelbock brewed with the finest German malts and hops before a lengthy 10-week rest in the tank. This is brewed to be big and intense while keeping the elegance and drinkability of a lager. We’re proud of this beer and the evolution in our lager brewing that it represents. We get rich toasted bread notes along with plums, toffee, caramel and red licorice with a clean finish.
